I believe that one of the bravest things you can do is to face the issues that cause you concern and to take time out of the chaos to better understand yourself, patterns, and relationships. Through a humanistic/existential approach to therapy, I work collaboratively with you to develop a safe, gentle, and supportive space for self-exploration.
I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist. I am recognized as a Canadian Certified Counsellor by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am also a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
My goal as a therapist is to increase your awareness, so you feel empowered to make effective changes in your life; to build a life of your own design; and to create space for you to heal. Using a variety of evidenced based treatment modalities, we will work together to select the tools and techniques that will best support you.
I offer support to adults (18 years+), couples, and families.

At this time, virtual sessions are offered to all new clients. I regret that I cannot offer in-person sessions to new clients at this time and will consider this option in the future.
